2. All chargebacks are subject to a US $12.50 charge. Please note our chargeback rate is less than 1%.
3. Partner payouts are paid on or by 5th of each month. Non electronic payments (check-issued) international payouts are made after the partner balance equals or exceeds US $50.00.
4. MoonangelCASH reserves the right to modify partnership agreement and terms at anytime. Partners will be notified atleast 2 weeks in advance of any changes made to the terms and agreement.
5. We enforce a strict anti-spam policy. If you use email marketing, please make sure you comply to the CAN SPAM act of 2003. This means you must supply an unsubscribe link to any email advertisements you send out and keep a database of unsubscribed email addresses.
